有客户遇到以下问题，当某个特定用户登录TCEng 后发送BOMView到PSE时，系统报以下错误：

而在同一客户端上，用其他用户登录工作正常；在其他客户端上，用该用户登录后操作得到同样的TC_acs_error报错。

解决方法：
管理员在首选项管理中检查该用户的用户级别首选项，与正常用户进行对比，并对进行清理后，问题解决。
